conscious breathing

We place conscious breathing at the beginning.
When observing beginners in training, we still see an incomprehensible phenomenon today: they generally agree that breathing should be the starting point for all new activities, whether in sport or everyday life. But what do the training results look like after six months?
Conscious breathing, as simple as it may seem, is not just a physical act, but a key to connecting body and mind. Six months of training is enough to feel profound changes, not only in terms of physical well-being, but also mental clarity and emotional stability.
After this period, participants' responses are often complex: some report a new lightness in their everyday lives, others a heightened awareness of their own presence. In fact, it has been shown that breathing can have a lasting effect when practised consistently. But the real challenge lies in understanding it not just as a technique, but as an attitude and a way of life.
